Aspire.
What?
Our ‘Aspire’ programme is aimed at supporting state-educated students still in secondary education whilst providing university students with employability opportunities. Through ‘Aspire’, our university student volunteers will inspire the younger members of our communities by running interactive and fun advocacy and educational workshops, and mock trials.
This programme will allow our university student members to

Increase employability through volunteering experience;

Develop important skills such as public speaking, organisation and advocacy;

Increase awareness of the bar and a career in law;

Find out more about university life and legal education.
Who?
Russell and Non-Russell Group University students that have attended state education/academies at any point during their compulsory educational career.
A-Level students who attend a state-funded school, academy, or college.
